The Role: Marketing Intern

Are you eager to kickstart your career in marketing? HIRINGWORLD is looking for a motivated and creative Marketing Intern to join our team! You’ll support various marketing initiatives, gain hands-on experience with a high-growth global SaaS platform, and contribute to impactful campaigns.

What You’ll be doing:

As a Marketing Intern, you will play a key role in supporting HIRINGWORLD’s marketing efforts and driving growth. Working closely with the Marketing Team, you’ll contribute to the development and execution of campaigns, content creation, and market research to expand our global reach. This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in marketing within a fast-paced SaaS environment, while building skills in branding, communications, and digital strategy.

This will involve:

  • Assisting in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, and digital advertising.
  • Supporting the creation of engaging and informative content for newsletters, blogs, and social platforms.
  • Conducting market research to uncover trends, audience insights, and opportunities for growth.
  • Helping manage and expand HIRINGWORLD’s social media presence to engage and grow our audience.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Monitoring campaign performance, compiling reports, and providing actionable insights.
  • Assisting with event coordination, such as webinars and online campaigns, to enhance brand visibility.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Create and deliver compelling content to establish HIRINGWORLD as a market leader and drive demand generation among our target audiences.
  • Develop and execute the channel strategy for various marketing content, including newsletters, email marketing, social media, and external channels.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Go-to-Market Teams to gather insights and opinions, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Oversee the end-to-end process of creating, editing, approving, translating, and distributing company press releases.
  • Craft persuasive narratives for sales and marketing materials, such as sales decks, solution briefs, and case studies.
  • Ensure all content is timely, accurate, functional, and reflects the distinctive voice and tone of HIRINGWORLD.
  • Preparing and sending marketing material and other related correspondence to prospects.
  • Monitor content performance and optimize strategies to achieve traffic goals.
  • Manage the creation and maintenance of written content on the HIRINGWORLD website, including landing pages and company blogs.
  • Plan and execute marketing experiments to test the effectiveness of our value proposition within specific target markets.
  • Determine when and how to engage third parties, such as agencies or contractors, to facilitate marketing execution and vendor management.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Mentors, coaches, and guides leaders, team members, and colleagues to foster a collaborative and engaging organizational culture.
  • Cultivates expertise and promotes learning, adoption, re-skilling, and knowledge sharing throughout HIRINGWORLD.
  • Values diversity and ensures diverse perspectives are considered and integrated into team decisions.
  • Focuses on driving customer growth and enhancing product engagement to foster customer loyalty.
  • Collaborates with Product teams to align with release schedules, partnerships, and profitability, driving upsell and cross-sell opportunities for high-margin products that meet customer needs.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and influence successful cross-functional transformation initiatives at all levels of the organization, including senior and executive leadership.
  • Preparing and sending marketing material and other related correspondence to prospects.

We’d Love To Hear From You If You Have:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Passionate about marketing, branding, and storytelling.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and detail.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, analytics tools, and content management systems is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Interest in international recruitment, immigration, or SaaS is a bonus!

We strongly encourage those who have some experience with:

  • Bilingual.
  • Marketing experience.
  • Knowledge of the international job market or experience working internationally.
  • Familiarity with RCIC practices or immigration processes.
