The Role: Customer Experience Intern
HIRINGWORLD is seeking a Customer Experience Intern (Remote work) to join our growing Team and help us take our organization to the next level! We will provide you with the opportunity to learn, explore and grow with the guidance YOU need to thrive. Show us what you can do!
What You’ll be doing:
The Customer Experience Intern will report directly to the Customer Experience Manager (or designate) and will assist in providing exceptional service to clients. You’ll gain hands-on experience troubleshooting issues, understanding client needs, and ensuring a smooth user experience on our platform.
Primary Responsibilities:
Support clients by assisting with problem determination, resolution, and escalation as needed.
Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Track incidents and application errors, providing updates to clients as necessary.
Deliver outstanding customer service by identifying customer needs and providing tailored solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues using established guidelines.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and solutions provided.
Educate clients on services and program enhancements.
Contribute to customer satisfaction and retention through effective communication and support.
Assist with additional projects or tasks as assigned.
We’d Love To Hear From You If You Have:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with Google Suite (Meet, Drive, Gmail) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
We strongly encourage those who have some experience with:
Bilingual.
Customer service experience.
Knowledge of the international job market or experience working internationally.
Familiarity with RCIC practices or immigration processes.
