The Role: Employer Partnership Manager

HIRINGWORLD is seeking a Employer Partnership Manager  (Remote work) to join our growing Team and help us take our organization to the next level! We will provide you with the opportunity to learn, explore and grow with the guidance YOU need to thrive. Show us what you can do!

What You’ll be doing:

The Employer Partnership Manager will be directly reporting to the Director of Sales or designate and will represent the HIRINGWORLD brand.

This will involve:

  • Promote HIRINGWORLD’s products and solutions to your assigned Employer marketplace, and ensure revenue growth through market development.
  • Represent the HIRINGWORLD brand, promoting our services to Employers and Employment Agencies.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Increase Employer and Recruiter engagement at HIRINGWORLD by actively reaching out to diverse employers and employment agencies from various regions.
  • Conduct presentations in local marketplaces to effectively promote HIRINGWORLD and its services to employers and employment agencies.
  • Recruit Employers and employment agencies, providing comprehensive training to them and their staff, and maintaining regular communication to keep them engaged with HIRINGWORLD and its offerings.
  • Train and guide Employers and Recruiters to enhance the quality and quantity of employer and employment agencies partnerships, ensuring exceptional standards.
    Implement marketing and recruitment strategies based on research and market analysis to optimize outreach to employers and employment agencies seeking international talent.
  • Utilize CRM and social media platforms to disseminate communications and engage with potential and current employers and employment agencies, delivering key messages and fostering interaction.

We’d Love To Hear From You If You Have:

  • College or University degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 1 year of sales experience, preferably in B2B services sales
  • Proven track record of excellence in consultative sales
  • Demonstrated ability to ensure the best outcomes for employers and employment agencies while maintaining partner relationships with integrity
  • Proficiency in complex selling and lead generation
  • Skilled in leveraging social media and professional networks for prospecting
  • Dedication to high-quality customer service and integrity
  • Effective leader with relationship-building skills
  • Sales training in strategic consultative selling
  • Experience with a defined sales process
  • Strong time management, organization, and communication skills
  • Autonomous and self-motivated, able to work independently within a team-based environment
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills in ambiguous circumstances
  • Strong aptitude for prioritizing tasks and attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and writing skills
  • Proficient in web-based applications and Microsoft Office programs
  • Willingness to travel throughout the territory
  • Asset: Experience working with a CRM system
  • Asset: Existing client base

We strongly encourage those who have some experience with:

  • Experience with working internationally
