The Role: International Recruitment Manager

HIRINGWORLD is seeking a International Recruitment Manager  (Remote work) to join our growing Team and help us take our organization to the next level! We will provide you with the opportunity to learn, explore and grow with the guidance YOU need to thrive. Show us what you can do!

What You’ll be doing:

The International Recruitment Manager will be directly reporting to the Director of Sales or designate and will represent the HIRINGWORLD brand.

This will involve:

  • Promote HIRINGWORLD’s products and solutions to your assigned International marketplace, and ensure revenue growth through market development.
  • Represent the HIRINGWORLD brand, promoting our services to agents, ESL schools, and prospective job seekers.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Increase international job seeker enrolment at HIRINGWORLD by actively recruiting diverse candidates from various regions.
  • Conduct presentations in local marketplaces to effectively promote HIRINGWORLD and its opportunities.
  • Recruit agents and provide comprehensive training to them and their staff, maintaining regular communication to keep them engaged with HIRINGWORLD.
  • Train and guide agents to enhance the quality and quantity of international job seeker applicants, ensuring exceptional standards.
  • Implement marketing and recruitment strategies based on research and market analysis to optimize outreach to international job seekers.
  • Utilize CRM and social media platforms to disseminate communications and engage with potential and current job seekers, delivering key messages and fostering interaction.

We’d Love To Hear From You If You Have:

  • Fluent in English with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Possess post-secondary education or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in international recruitment.
  • Autonomous self-starter who can work independently within a team-based environment.
  • Strong aptitude for prioritizing tasks and attention to detail to ensure accurate information.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills in ambiguous circumstances, ensuring the best outcomes for job seekers while maintaining partner relationships with integrity.
  • Asset: Experience working with a CRM system.
  • Asset: Existing client base.

We strongly encourage those who have some experience with:

  • Knowledge of the international job seeker/hiring marketplace
  • RCIC experience
  • Experience with working internationally
