1. Overview

HIRINGWORLD is committed to transparent, fair, and compliant recruitment practices in accordance with international fair recruitment standards, including but not limited to the Employment Protection for Foreign Nationals Act (EPFNA), Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) guidelines, the U.K. Employment Agencies Act, the U.S. Department of Labor Fair Recruitment Principles, the ILO Fair Recruitment Initiative, and applicable national or regional employment regulations.

This policy outlines applicable fees, eligibility requirements, documentation verification, and refund rules for all job seekers using the HIRINGWORLD platform or related services worldwide.

2. Fees & Eligibility

No Fees for Local Citizens and Permanent Residents

Citizens and permanent residents of the country where employment is based (for example, Canadians, Americans, Australians, or citizens of EU or OECD member countries) can legally work without needing a specific work permit.

HIRINGWORLD does not charge any service or placement fees for these individuals, as they are already authorized to work in their respective countries without immigration processing.

Proof of work eligibility may be requested at any stage of registration or onboarding, such as a passport, national ID, birth certificate, or permanent resident card, depending on the host country’s legal requirements.

This verification ensures compliance with fair recruitment laws and prevents unauthorized employment while maintaining privacy and data protection standards.

Individuals with Valid Work Permits

Includes job seekers who already hold an approved employer-specific or open work permit and a valid job offer in the host country.

These individuals may register and work with HIRINGWORLD without additional immigration processing fees, provided that:

  • Their work authorization is verified; and

  • They are not changing occupation or employer beyond the scope of their existing permit.

Applicants may be asked to upload or provide proof of work authorization (e.g., work permit or visa) before completing registration.

Recent Graduate and Open Work Permit Holders

Recent international graduates holding valid post-study or open work permits (e.g., Canada’s Post-Graduation Work Permit, the U.K. Graduate Route, Australia’s Temporary Graduate Visa, or similar international programs) may work for most employers in the country of issuance.

HIRINGWORLD does not charge additional immigration processing fees to these individuals unless they are transitioning from a study permit or temporary visa to a new work status.

Applicants must have an approved work permit before beginning full-time employment.
HIRINGWORLD does not facilitate or guarantee visa or work permit approvals.

Bridging or Transitional Work Permit Holders

Applicants awaiting permanent residence decisions (e.g., Canada’s Bridging Open Work Permit, the U.S. Adjustment of Status EAD, or similar transitional authorizations) may continue working under their current permits.

HIRINGWORLD waives immigration processing fees for these applicants once documentation is verified.

Work with a Work Permit (LMIA- or Employer-Sponsorship–Exempt Categories)

Certain job seekers may work without employer-specific labor certification (e.g., LMIA in Canada, Labor Condition Application in the U.S., or equivalent), provided they hold a valid work permit under one of the following categories:

  • Spouses or dependents of international students or workers

  • Participants in exchange or mobility programs, such as IEC (Canada), J-1 (U.S.), or Youth Mobility Schemes (U.K./Australia)

  • Co-op or internship students completing mandatory academic placements

  • Refugees and protected persons authorized to work under national law

HIRINGWORLD supports these categories without charging placement or immigration processing fees, provided all documentation is verified before registration.

3. Service Fee: $100 USD

A one-time, non-refundable Service Fee of $100 USD applies only when a candidate accepts a job offer facilitated through HIRINGWORLD that involves international or cross-border coordination.

No Service Fee applies to local candidates — including local citizens, residents, newcomers, refugees, and immigrants already authorized to work in the country of employment.
