HIRINGWORLD Standard Fees & Policy

Service Fee: $500 USD

 

This is a mandatory, one-time, non-refundable fee payable upon acceptance of a job offer. This fee includes:

  • Application Fee: Covers job seeker application submissions and demonstrates commitment to the hiring process.

  • Resume Distribution Services: Distributes job seekers’ resumes to targeted employers.

  • Job Matching Fee: Supports personalized matching, ensuring the best-fit job opportunities for candidates based on skills and preferences.

  • Services Development Fees: Funds continued improvements to recruitment services, platform updates, and technology advancements.

  • Placement Services: Provides full recruitment services, from job postings to database access and facilitation of the hiring process.

  • Advertising Costs: Enhances job seeker visibility on the platform through targeted promotion.

  • Service Charges: Supports additional services, such as employer screening, interview support, and application tracking.

Special Fees and Non-Refundable Deposits

 

HIRINGWORLD may charge additional fees or non-refundable deposits for specific services or listings on our platform. These fees cover:

  • Consultancy and Advisory Services: Job seekers can engage with expert consultants for tailored advice on recruitment strategies, immigration compliance, and document preparation, billed separately based on the level of service required.

  • Third-Party Services: Any additional services contracted through HIRINGWORLD’s platform, including but not limited to legal, immigration, relocation and other services offered by third-party providers. These fees vary by provider and are negotiated separately or signed up for through HIRINGWORLD.

  • Non-Refundable Deposits: Certain job listings or programs may require non-refundable deposits, determined at HIRINGWORLD’s discretion, to secure placement or meet unique job requirements.

Please Note: These special fees and deposits are designed to provide flexibility in meeting individual job-seeker needs while covering specialized services essential for successful hiring and placement.

HIRINGWORLD Processing Fee

 

To maximize candidate success, a $250 CAD Processing Fee applies to applicants under specific criteria (subject to change):

  • If an applicant has recently had a visa denial from Canada, the USA, the UK, Australia, or New Zealand (countries with shared biometric data).

     

  • If an applicant has a gap of 8+ years in employment or education.

     

  • If an applicant does not meet the minimum language requirements for the role they’re applying for. See requirements here.

     

  • If the applicant holds a passport from a country with low visa acceptance rates as per July 2024 IRCC data: Algeria, Somalia, Sierra Leone, DR Congo, Uzbekistan, Burundi, Ghana, Syria, South Sudan, Guinea, Pakistan, Liberia, Senegal, Chad, Djibouti, Gambia, and Sudan.

    Notes

    • The Processing Fee does not apply to job seekers already residing in the host country under a valid visa (student or work) applying to jobs within the same country.

    • Refunds will not be issued for visa denials, incomplete documentation, or application cancellations by the applicant.
